From your dashboard, simply click the prominent 'Start a New Design' button. This will take you directly to the Garden Designer canvas where you can begin by plotting the boundary of your garden.
The Hobbyist (Free) plan is perfect for up to 5 projects. The Pro plan unlocks 500 projects, ideal for small companies. The Business plan adds unlimited projects, team collaboration, client management, and the ability to create a public company profile to connect with new clients.
As you drag and drop plants or draw material paths on the canvas, the system instantly calculates the total cost. Prices for global items are estimates, but if you are connected with a professional company, the prices from their specific catalog are used for an accurate quote.
These are special materials designed for visualization purposes. When you add a swimming pool (Water) or a terrace (Wood Deck), they will appear beautifully in the 3D view but will be automatically excluded from the cost summary, as their real-world cost is highly variable.
Yes — Business plan companies can upload an orthorectified aerial photograph (JPEG/PNG from DJI Terra, Pix4D, DroneDeploy or Metashape) directly into the Garden Designer via Documents → Drone Survey. The image appears as a semi-transparent underlay. Scale it (10-800%), rotate, flip and align it with the garden grid, then trace your design directly over the real site.
The Sketch Plan editor (Business plan) is a professional CAD drawing tool for on-site use. Open it on a tablet during your site visit and sketch walls, fences, doors, windows, sliding doors, garage doors and plant zones with precision CAD symbols. One click sends the sketch to the Garden Designer as a transparent overlay for tracing. Every save is time-stamped in a tamper-proof audit trail.
For any saved plot on your dashboard, you can click the 'Journal' button. This opens a private space where you can upload photos and write notes to track your garden's real-world progress over time, from a digital plan to a flourishing oasis.
When viewing items in the library, you can 'Suggest an Edit' to add or correct horticultural data (like sun needs or growth rate). Your suggestions are reviewed by our team, and approved edits help make the database smarter for the entire community. This is how you get on the contributor leaderboard!
On your dashboard, click the share icon on any plot card. This will generate a unique, public, read-only link. Anyone with this link can view your garden in both 2D and 3D, but they cannot make any changes. It's perfect for sharing on social media or with family!
The Pitch Deck PDF is a full editorial-quality A4 document: branded cover with your company logo, project vision, site conditions, complete plant palette with real species photos, before/after garden visualiser, materials and full cost breakdown. Business plan users also get a Reference Layers page showing their on-site sketch plan and drone survey image.
The Team Hub (Business plan) is a visual node-based project management canvas. Add team members with roles and availability, create tasks with due dates and dependencies, attach notes and link sketch plans directly to projects. It replaces WhatsApp threads and spreadsheets with a single structured view of every active project.
Click on your username in the top-right header to open the user menu, then select 'Profile'. On your profile page, you can update your username, email, and set a new password.
Our app has guided tours to help you learn new features. Once you've seen a tour, it won't appear again. The 'Reset Tours' button on your profile page will clear this memory, allowing you to see all the helpful tutorials again from the beginning.
If you have a Business plan, you can access the 'Company Profile' section from your Admin Dashboard. Fill out your business details, address, and logo. After a brief review by our team, your profile will be approved and become visible to all users looking for a professional in your area.
Every save and session opening on a sketch plan is time-stamped and logged automatically — company saves in green, client saves in blue, session opens in amber. Neither party can edit or delete history entries. You can export the full activity log as a certified audit trail PDF with signature sections, suitable for attaching to any contract document.
